In the U.S. intelligence and military communities, there is an emerging consensus that the earth’s warming is a clear and present danger.

He highlights language in the U.S. National Intelligence Council’s “2012 Global Trends 2030 report,” and the U.S. Department of Defense’s “FY 2012 Climate Change Adaptation Roadmap.”
