  1. Dr. Vlad Fomin says:

Hello …. I am very pleased that General Tom Middendorp is the Chairman of the International Military Council on Climate and Security. The extensive and multifaceted experience of the Chairman, supported by the unique intelligence and breadth of professional outlook, will surely ensure the achievement of the required results in solving problems of climate and security.
At present, to my regret, the formulation of the problem has not yet been formulated, the solution of which will ensure the stabilization of the climate and the reduction of negative risks with the dominant of compulsory security.
Confidence in the success of the work – can be guaranteed by the support of professional mathematicians who have sufficient experience in the application plan.
Such a group exists; The main results of collective work are the developed methodology of climate stabilization and technology, the implementation of which will ensure climate stability in the Northern Hemisphere. This group is based in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan – in the city of Nursultan (formerly Astana). The informal leader of this group is the ingenious senior student of the University – Maria Kan. The work carried out by this group is not controlled by the state and is provided by the members of this group on personal initiative.
The final report, which presents the methodology for stabilizing the climate – will be finalized by mid-summer 2019; climate stabilization technology – could be implemented by the fall of 2022 … with an emphasis on climate stabilization – in the Arctic and North Atlantic.
Thank you for attention; with respect…..
