Steve Tebbe is a Policy Associate at the Council on Strategic Risks and the Center for Climate and Security. Steve is currently a second-year graduate student at Georgetown’s Master of Science in Foreign Service (M.S.F.S.) Program. He focuses on the security threats and policy surrounding climate change, outer space, and broader science and technology fields. Before Georgetown, he worked as a business advisor for the Patent Strategy & Adversely Held Patents team at IBM. There, he conducted analytics and operations for patent defense across a range of technologies and geographies. He has also served as a research assistant at the Wilson Center, working on climate security and polar projects. He holds a BA in Geography and Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
