Collin Douglas
Research Fellow
Collin Douglas is a Non-Resident Research Fellow with the Center for Climate and Security. Collin is a J.D. candidate at the University of Georgia’s School of Law. His research interests include the connections between climate change, intrastate conflict, and resource management as well as adapting international law and security governance to climate change. He holds a Master’s in International Studies with a concentration in global security from the University of Oklahoma’s Boren College of International Studies. He has previously interned at World Neighbors, a development non-profit based in Oklahoma City and served as Research and Policy Director for a gubernatorial campaign and Executive Director of The Oklahoma Center for Progress.
