US Congressional delegation at the HISF 2014

The 2016 Halifax International Security Forum took place from November 18 – 20 and climate security was on the agenda. In addition to other discussions on existing and emerging security priories, the Forum included a plenary looking at: Climate Security, Energy Security and the Politics of Slow Moving Threats. The plenary included the perspectives of two generals: General Joseph Lengyel, Chief, United States National Guard Bureau and General Tom Middendorp, Chief of Defence, Netherlands.
